Tax Extension Submission: After your tax extension submission is received, we will process with the IRS on your behalf and charge your card if you elect for us to do so. There are no refunds allowed for successfully submitted tax extensions, or submissions that fail due to incorrectly submitted data.
DFY Tax Return Preparation: Once your tax return has been fully prepared by one of our tax professionals, we are unable to provide refunds on the work created.
FileSmart and IRS Shield Memberships: Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel a renewed subscription by contacting us within two (2) calendar days after the renewal date and receive a full refund of the most recent subscription fee.
